The option to take a full-page screenshot with either the chrome extension or when on the project. It's helpful for exporting screenshots of the page. It would also give the option to export the images and send them over to a client or someone else. I think this might be useful for peopleβit would be for me.

Allow users to add CNAME for complete, true white-labeling. Agencies and freelancers need this to make the app even more useable, and even integrate it within our client portals with iframe. I remind you that this was promised in the Appsumo campaign.

Graphic/web design projects often have multiple revisions. We upload an image for the homepage concept and the client provides feedback. We make those changes and solicit another round of feedback. Meanwhile, we have all the interior pages going through the same process. It ends up being cluttered with so many tabs of images and revised images. We need to be able to replace a tab/image with its updated version and allow the client to switch between versions. Would be ideal if the comments/tasks were connected to versions.

When working directly with a client, I want clients to be able to provide feedback, but I don't want the client to be able to identify, communicate or interact with members of my team directly. My team will be hidden from the view of the client. Team members will be able to comment but only account owners and other team members are able to view their tasks/comments. Team members have the ability to read tasks created by the client, but cannot comment. Team members will have the ability to mark a task as complete.

I've attached a screenshot of the feature from a competitor I've used for a couple of years now which works very well. The UI is really great for productivity. Inside a project there is "versions". So version 1 has its comments and related tasks that have been completed, version 2 etc. Multiple versions can be created and each version KEEPS their corresponding comments separately. Each version has its own asset (website or static image). At the moment Webvizio has a nice feature I love where you can upload multiple different files within the same project and view them like tabs in a web browser video. I think if this adopted the version on top of this feature, so TAB 1 has versions 1,2,3 etc then TAB 2 has its version history (1,2,3 etc). This could help large projects with MANY design assets at once for one project and one client. But organise everything so well and help us keep track of progress.

I'd love to see Notion integration similar to the integration with ClickUp

Would really love to see a notion integration, lots of graphic designers, web designers and developpers use notion, it would help us tremendously with our workflow. Notion can be used for absolutly any area of a business and much of the time for all of the parts of a business. The fact that its so flexible means a huge potential audience for webvizio.

This is the workflow I used on another similar tool. With task filter set to "on this page" I can easily go page by page and see all of my tasks for that page.

So I found myself doing this. Clicking on the task should take the screen to where the task is located. If the task is on an element that is hidden (such as a drop-down from a Menu bar) then it should take the steps to reach that point.

Edit website design: position of elements, font properties, text alignment, image replacement, etc.

Would be great to be able to add shapes and annotate anything.

To begin with: WordPress got a worldwide market share of 64,2% of all CMS! So webvizio might want to tackle this. Usecase: You've got a staging site that's locked away with wp-login.php to prevent SEO flaws Your hosting provider is seriously concerned about the security of your site and uses headers like X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN to disallow iframes on different sites and/or click-jacking protection ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clickjacking ) This is your first WordPress Project You've got non-techie users on your team that doesn't know anything about the files wp-config and functions.php Background Story On my webhosting service provider showing iframes (content on another website) are restricted. I was unable to login to the and display the website properly. The webvizio support suggested me to disable the clickjacking protection Install the plugin https://github.com/PHPWatch/WordPress-SameSite (Click on the green code button, download as Zip, upload as Plugin) add these lines to the functions.php ο»Ώremove_action( 'login_init', 'send_frame_options_header' ); remove_action( 'admin_init', 'send_frame_options_header' ); add this to wp-config.php define('WP_SAMESITE_COOKIE', 'None' ); β For a non-techie user to tackle that is waayyy to complicated. β Possible Solutions: Create an extended Knowledge Base article to tackle those problems Create a WordPress Plugin to add the code lines (and of course the "Manual Integration" JavaScript Snippet) Addon Problem: If I switch sites inside the webapp, I have to re-login using the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-force-login/
