Submit IdeaCNAME for white-label
Allow users to add CNAME for complete, true white-labeling. Agencies and freelancers need this to make the app even more useable, and even integrate it within our client portals with iframe. I remind you that this was promised in the Appsumo campaign.

Interactive Mode (after Feedback without Account)
Would be nice to also have kind of a workflow where clients get a URL parameter link which then guides them through several views (desktop and mobile for example) and asks them about feedback.

Full Page Screenshot
The option to take a full-page screenshot with either the chrome extension or when on the project. It's helpful for exporting screenshots of the page. It would also give the option to export the images and send them over to a client or someone else. I think this might be useful for peopleβit would be for me.

C-name
How could it be called white labeling while the customer still sees webvisio in the domain name... I am a bit disappointed after the long wait to finally use the tool.

Checklists for tasks
It would be great to have checklists that could be added to the body of a task and checked off.

Integrate with Sessions
Sessions (www.sessions.us) is a video meeting platform (similar to Zoom) that became one of AppSumo's top 5 launches ever. It's likely that many Webvizio investors are also Sessions investors, so it seems like a natural fit for creating a more fully-featured collaboration environment. Not sure how possible it is, but I'd appreciate any consideration of the idea!

Task Scheduling and prioritization
Tasks to have a configurable default and custom due date. (by default all tasks should be completed within X days unless changed for that specific task.) High Priority to appear in a separate tab or at the top of the task stack.

Client Final Acceptance
Once a client has "signed off" or "confirmed" a task is complete, then would love to have that ability added to the task that closes it. It's a written way of being able to close and bill a task. It could be a checkbox, or a drop down.

Limit the number of Open and In Progress Tasks at one time
I'd like to have the option to limit the number of Open and In Progress Tasks one project can have at a time. Meaning, I'd like to limit my customers to 10 (or any number) Tasks so they can't overwhelm our design team with hundreds of small changes. It will make our customers think about whats most important for them and give them a reasonable timeframe to make those changes and move to the next batch of updates. It also provides a barrier for us to charge more after the first set of tasks are complete. I'm looking to use this for clients who have worked with us previously and may want to come back and get more updates down the road.
